Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.

Returns Policy and Delivery

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions: The item must be in the same condition as sold, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact. Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or otherwise specified are not eligible for returns. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Tous offers a one-year warranty covering material or workmanship defects but excludes damage from misuse or neglect.
